This is a rustic place, but the room was clean and the service outstanding! We stayed in the Cape House and it was small but perfect for two people. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The property included a motel and several houses you can rent. it’s a three minute walk to the beach and to the Island Queen ferry to the Vineyard. Also the laundry is right behind our place which was super convenient. Our only gripe was the bed! It was old and noisy ( creaky). They need a new bed in there! It was very quiet with a nice little porch right outside our door!

There are not enough words for how much we loved this hotel. I can't ever remember adding an extra night to our stay just because of how much we loved the room, but that's exactly what happened this time. We had a room in the Harbor House. It was spotless, beautiful with cheerful colours and lovely finishings and lots of storage space. Wonderful location right near the beaches and town Staff were all super friendly. Just perfect all around. We can't wait to go back!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge, and if I’m ever in Falmouth again I will definitely be staying here! My room was perfectly clean, and I was very comfortable. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful and incredibly nice. I absolutely recommend staying here!
